Katie Price has sparked fresh concern after a bikini photo from her romantic getaway in Dubai appeared to show a prominent lump from her disastrous Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL).

The 47-year-old reality star, who nearly died following a botched BBL in 2019, was seen posing on a sunlounger during a visit to her husband, Lee Andrews. In the revealing snap, a large, misplaced implant or lump is clearly visible protruding from the side of her hip, just above her tattooed leg.

Price, a self-confessed plastic surgery addict who has undergone two BBLs and a staggering 16 breast operations, was enjoying a sun-soaked trip with Andrews, who has been acting as her personal photographer for a series of racy images.

A BBL involves transferring fat from other parts of the body to the buttocks to create a fuller, rounder shape. However, Price has repeatedly admitted the procedure went wrong. Speaking on Katherine Ryan’s podcast What’s My Age Again?, she confessed:

“The bum. I tried that BBL abroad where they take your own fat and put it in your bum. It was so painful. And it just did not look right on me.”

After the original 2019 surgery, she later had the BBL reversed, but went on to have fillers in her buttocks in 2024, which she admitted left her bum “a weird shape.”

Leading plastic surgeon Dr Gerard Lambe previously issued a stark warning about Price’s obsession with surgery:

“Katie needs to be aware that she is putting her health and body under extreme pressure… BBL is one of the most dangerous surgeries anyone can undergo and has the highest mortality rate. She is dicing with death.”

Despite the visible complications, the mother-of-five continues to document her lavish trip with her husband in Dubai.

This latest image has reignited concerns among fans and medical experts about the long-term effects of her numerous cosmetic procedures.
