Barekye conveyed President Museveni’s message, urging the youth to work hard, remain disciplined, and use the motorcycles to boost their SACCOS' incomes. She reminded them of the government's ongoing support and emphasized transparency in managing the funds.
Brig. Gen. Christopher Ddamulira, the Police Director of Crime Intelligence, expressed gratitude to Museveni for fulfilling his pledge and urged the youth to maintain discipline and avoid harmful habits.
Shafik Kalyango, national chairman of the ghetto SACCOS, assured that the funds provided are already being put to use.
