The Chief of Defence Forces (CDF), General Muhoozi Kainerugaba, recently hosted a high-level Russian military delegation at the Special Forces Command (SFC) headquarters in Entebbe. This meeting follows Gen. Kainerugaba’s recent visit to Moscow, where he led a military delegation, as mentioned in a recent post on his X (formerly Twitter) account. Over the past few months, the CDF has engaged in multiple meetings with top military officials from Russia, underscoring the growing partnership between the two nations' armed forces.
