The Resident District Commissioner (RDC), Emmy Ngabirano, commended government’s commitment to education, noting that 259 seed schools have so far been constructed across the country in phases. He also urged the school administration to uphold inclusivity.
“This school should admit learners from all religious backgrounds without any form of segregation,” Ngabirano said.

District Chairperson Jafari Basajabalaba praised government for establishing the school but also acknowledged the district council’s role in identifying Kanyamurera as a priority area.
“We thank the central government for this project, but equally appreciate the district council that fronted Kanyamurera in Kyamuhunga Sub-county for consideration,” Basajabalaba remarked.

“We must make maximum use of these facilities to deliver high academic standards and empower our learners,” he said.
