Western Region League side Six O'Clock's continued progress in the Stanbic Uganda Cup has been rewarded with a seemingly lighter draw in the Round of 16.
The Ishaka–Bushenyi-based side has been drawn against fourth-division side Happy Boys Kagaba, which plays in the district league.

Happy Boys, which remains the only lower-division side in the competition and eliminated Big League side Kigezi Home Boys, will host the match in Kayunga. This means Six O'Clock, which played both its Round of 64 and Round of 32 matches in Kizinda, will travel to Kayunga for the fixture.

Six O'Clock secured their place in the Round of 16 after eliminating Big League side Kataka FC with a 1–0 victory in Kizinda, with Jacob Kamwesiga scoring the lone goal.
This is the second time Six O'Clock is participating in the competition. Last year, the team reached the Round of 32, where they were eliminated by Mbarara City.

Club chairman Jonathan Tumuhaise, a professional human resource officer, said the team would perform even better if finances were not a hindrance.
The Kizinda-based side had earlier eliminated another Mbale-based team, Mbale Heroes, in the Round of 64 after defeating them 1–0 in a match played at Kizinda grounds.
