Uganda’s representatives at the ongoing ISF schools football world cup in Dalian City, China, Bukedea Comprehensive School, has made it through to the quarter finals, after seeing off Germany 2-0 in a group F played on Wednesday.
Yusuf Ssebumpenje aka Hajji 10th minute strike together with Reagan Ssekisambu headed goal that came on 31 minutes ensured the Teso based side maximum points in 3 outings, to seat atop of group F ahead of the Germans who were playing their 4th and last group game and seat second because of the head to head.
The Ronald Ssali managed side will now go for maximum preliminary round points when they meet Mexico on Thursday but can reserve their energy for the quarterfinal tie against England that have topped group E with maximum points.
